Chief Product Officer

Strength Scaling Founder

Giuseppe is the reason our clients hit 1,623 leads at $1.06 each. He treats gym marketing like engineering: break the funnel into parts, cut out the weakest links, and recreate the strongest ones. He's the one making sure that leads flow, and revenue grows. If a client's metrics move, he knows before they do.

WHY WE STARTED

Gym owners deserved better than an agency.

Strength Scaling started because we kept watching the same story: a gym owner pours everything into their floor, hires a big-box marketing agency, and gets a dashboard, an account manager, and silence. Leads that never got a text back. Contracts that outlived the results.

So we built the thing we couldn't find — a company where the founders are on every account, the follow-up is measured in seconds, and the client owns their ad account, their data, and their system. We cap the roster on purpose and put our names on the work. That's the whole model: a team that works for you, not a team that you work for.
