StrongArm is operated by Strength Scaling LLC. You can contact us here even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
START YOUR REQUEST
Request deletion by email
- Email our support team.
Send your request to support@strengthscaling.com, preferably from the email address used for your StrongArm account.
- Identify the account.
Use the subject “StrongArm account and data deletion request” and include your account email and gym or workspace name. If you cannot access that email, tell us so we can help verify ownership.
- Watch for our response.
We will verify ownership, clarify the data covered by your request, and confirm the expected completion date. We will also confirm when the request has been completed.

Never include your password, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
What the request covers
You can request deletion of your StrongArm sign-in account and associated personal information, including your profile and account contact details. Deletion is permanent once completed; it is different from signing out or temporarily disabling access.
If you want to delete specific personal information while keeping your account, describe that information in your email.
Timing & retained records
We respond to verified privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Completion time depends on the request and will be confirmed by our team.
Some information may need to be retained to meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, as described in our privacy policy. If this applies, our response will explain which records are retained, why, and the applicable retention period.
Gym workspaces & subscriptions
Tell us if you also want to close a gym workspace or request deletion of customer records your business manages. A personal-account request does not authorize deletion of other people’s accounts or an entire gym’s records.
If you are a gym member asking about information your gym holds, include the gym name so we can identify the organization responsible for it.
Uninstalling StrongArm or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. If applicable, manage it through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. For direct StrongArm billing, tell us in your request.
