THE STRONGARM SYSTEM
Calendar Automation for Local Businesses
StrongArm calendar automation puts every booking on one calendar, keeps it current when people reschedule or cancel, and sends reminders before each appointment. It comes with Local Growth, so estimates, consults, service calls and trial classes all land in one place without anyone copying them by hand.
Why is the calendar the part that matters?
Leads, clicks and conversations are all promises. The calendar is the first thing that is real: an estimate on Tuesday at 3, a consult on Thursday morning, a service call at 8 a.m. on Friday.
That is why StrongArm treats the calendar as the destination. Every text, every follow-up email and every booking bot conversation is steering toward one outcome: a time with a name on it.
How do bookings get on the calendar?
Leads book themselves from a link in the follow-up texts and emails, or through the AI booking bot if you have that add-on. Your team can also book people by hand from the same place.
You set the rules: which hours are open, how long each appointment type runs, how much buffer sits between jobs, and how far out people can book. A roofer might block mornings for installs and open afternoons for estimates. A med spa might keep consults to certain days.
Different appointment types can live on different calendars. A plumber can keep emergency calls separate from scheduled estimates, and each one gets the right confirmation and reminders.
Does it sync with the calendar I already use?
StrongArm calendars can sync with common calendars like Google Calendar and Outlook, so a booking shows up where you already look, and time you block on your own calendar is not offered to leads.
Where your business software allows it, we can also connect it so bookings flow between the two. Jobber is one example. We check what you use and set it up during onboarding.
What happens when someone reschedules or cancels?
The usual failure is drift. Someone moves their appointment by text, the calendar never hears about it, and a tech drives to a house where nobody is home.
With StrongArm, a reschedule updates the slot and a cancellation opens it back up. The calendar you see in the morning is the one that is real.
If someone cancels or does not show, they go back into follow-up instead of falling out of the system, so they get another chance to pick a time that works.
What reminders go out before an appointment?
A confirmation goes out when the booking is made. Reminders go out by text and email before the appointment, on a schedule we set with you, from your business's own number.
A booking is not a visit until the person shows up, and the gap between the two is usually just forgetting. Reminders close that gap without anyone on your team making calls.
Upstream, the rest of StrongArm keeps the calendar fed: every lead captured in one place, texted in under 60 seconds, and followed up until they book.
QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Can I have different calendars for different services?
Yes. We can set up separate calendars for estimates, consults, service calls or classes, each with its own hours, length and reminders.
Will it double book me?
The calendar only offers times you have open. When your Google or Outlook calendar is connected, time you block there is not offered to leads either.
Can my team manage the calendar too?
Yes. Your team can book, move and cancel appointments in StrongArm, and every change keeps the calendar and the reminders in step.
Is calendar automation part of Local Growth?
Yes. The StrongArm calendar, sync and reminders come with Local Growth. The AI booking bot, which books around the clock, is an add-on.
PART OF LOCAL GROWTH
If your calendar only fills when you personally chase people into it, the system in front of it is missing. StrongArm builds that system and keeps the calendar honest.
