WHAT WE DO
Websites Built to Rank and Book
We build websites for local businesses that rank on Google, get picked up by AI assistants like ChatGPT, and turn visits into calls and booked jobs. They're for service business owners, from plumbers and roofers to fitness studios and consultants, and you own the site outright.
What does a local business website need to do?
A local business website has three jobs. Get found when someone nearby searches for what you do. Answer their questions fast enough that they don't hit the back button. Then make calling or booking the easiest thing on the page.
Most small business sites were built to exist. Someone needed a place for the address and the hours, a template got filled in, and the job was called done. That site reads like a brochure, and a brochure doesn't rank and doesn't book anyone.
We build every site around those three jobs, whether it's for an HVAC company, a vehicle wrap shop, an electrician or a boxing gym.
What do SEO, AEO and GEO mean for your site?
SEO is search engine optimization: getting your pages to rank on Google for the searches your customers type, like “emergency plumber” or “concrete driveway contractor” plus your town.
AEO is answer engine optimization. It's about being the answer when someone asks a question, in Google's AI results or a voice assistant. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the same idea for AI assistants like ChatGPT, which people now ask directly for a business to call.
In practice, all three come down to the same build decisions: a clear page for each service you offer, plain answers to the questions customers actually ask, accurate details about where you work, and structured data that tells search engines and AI tools exactly what your business is. We build that in from the first page, not as a plugin bolted on later.
Built for the phone your customer is holding
Your customers are usually searching on a phone, often in a hurry. A leak under the sink, a dead AC unit in July, a decision to finally start training. If the page is slow or the call button is hard to find, that person is back on Google picking the next result.
We design mobile first. The phone layout is the real design and desktop follows it. Pages load fast, the phone number and booking button stay within reach of a thumb, and nothing on the first screen competes with the next step.
What happens when someone fills out the form?
A form that sits in an inbox until tomorrow is close to worthless. People contact two or three businesses in the same sitting, and the one that answers first usually wins the job.
Every form on the sites we build feeds StrongArm, our CRM. The lead gets a text from your business's own number in under 60 seconds, and follow-up keeps going until they book. The website and the follow-up are built as one system, which is the part most web designers never touch.
Who owns the website?
You do. The site and everything on it belong to your business. Not rented, not licensed, and not parked on a platform that goes dark when you stop paying someone.
Some agencies build on a setup where the website disappears when the relationship ends. That turns your own site into leverage against you. We'd rather earn the next month.
Does the site keep improving after launch?
Yes. The website is part of Local Growth, so it isn't a one-time project that goes stale. Every month we make SEO, AEO and GEO updates, and you get a performance report plus a market report on what your competitors are doing.
When a competitor starts showing up for a search you should own, you see it in the report and the next round of updates goes after it.
Who builds it?
Both founders, Giuseppe Brown and Peyton Carlson, work on every account. We're headquartered in North Carolina and build for local businesses nationwide. Each site is written for the business it belongs to, not a template with your logo dropped into the header.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website we build belongs to your business. If we ever stop working together, the site stays with you.
What's the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO helps your pages rank in Google search. AEO helps your business become the direct answer to a customer's question. GEO helps AI assistants like ChatGPT understand and recommend your business. We build all three into the site.
Can you promise my site will rank first on Google?
No, and nobody honest can. Rankings depend on your market, your competitors and Google itself. We build the site the right way, update it every month and show you exactly where you stand in your monthly reports.
What kinds of businesses do you build websites for?
Local service businesses of all kinds: plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, concrete and drainage contractors, gyms and fitness studios, vehicle wrap shops, consultants and more.
What happens to leads from my website?
Every form submission goes into StrongArm, our CRM, and gets a text from your business's own number in under 60 seconds. Follow-up continues until the lead books.
