WHAT WE DO
Meta Ads for Gyms
Most gym owners reading this have already paid an agency for Facebook ads and gotten back a list of names that never turned into members. That is usually a follow-up problem and a targeting problem wearing a Facebook costume. We run fully managed Meta campaigns for gyms, boxes, and studios, and the handoff from ad to booked appointment is automated so nobody has to remember to call.
Volume is easy. Quality is the job.
Anyone can buy cheap leads. Put a vague offer in front of a broad audience and the form fills come in fast enough to look good on a report. Then you call twelve of them and nobody remembers signing up.
We build campaigns around an offer a real prospect would act on, usually a free class rather than a generic promotion. A free class asks for a small commitment, and it filters for people who are actually willing to walk into a gym. The person who claims it is already picturing themselves in your room.
Cost per lead still matters, but only next to what happens after. Our public case study is One Percent Fitness: 1,623 leads at $1.06 per lead over six months, using Meta instant forms with 60-second SMS follow-up behind them. The number stayed low because the offer and the follow-up worked together, not because we found a cheap audience.
How instant forms work for a gym
An instant form opens inside Facebook or Instagram. The prospect taps the ad, a short form slides up already filled with the name, email, and phone tied to their account, and they confirm. No landing page, no waiting for your site to load on a weak connection.
That matters because every extra step costs you people. Sending someone from a scroll to a website to a booking calendar loses a share of them at each hop.
The tradeoff is that a form this easy also catches accidental taps. We handle that with the offer and with what happens in the first minute after they submit, not by making the form harder to fill out.
Speed to lead decides the outcome
A gym lead is worth the most in the first minute and cools off quickly after that. People fill out forms in bursts, often on two or three gyms in the same sitting. Whoever reaches them first usually gets the visit.
Every lead gets an automated text within 60 seconds of hitting submit. Not a batch send at the end of the day, not whenever the front desk gets a break. It goes out while the phone is still in their hand.
Follow-up then continues until the lead books. A 24/7 booking bot handles the back and forth and puts the appointment straight on your calendar, including the person who fills out a form at 11pm on a Sunday.
This is where the last agency probably lost you. The ads were rarely the real problem. The leads just sat.
What daily management actually means
Managed means someone opens the account every day and makes decisions. Budget shifts toward the ad sets producing booked appointments and away from the ones producing form fills that go nowhere.
Creative gets rotated on a schedule, before performance falls off rather than after. Audiences get tired of the same image, and the first symptom is usually a rising cost per lead that looks like a market problem and is really a fatigue problem.
Kill and scale calls get made on evidence. An ad that has had a fair test and lost gets turned off. An ad that is winning gets more budget in steps, because dumping money into a working ad overnight tends to break it.
The founders work on every account, so no junior media buyer is learning on your spend. That is also why the roster is capped at 50 clients.
The radius people will actually drive
Gym members come from a small map. Most people will not cross town twice a week no matter how good your coaching is, so the radius gets set around real drive time and the roads people actually take, not a circle drawn for the sake of reach.
Too tight and Meta cannot find enough people to optimize against. Too wide and you pay for leads who were never going to make the trip. We start where your current members live and adjust from there.
We are based in North Carolina, in the Raleigh and Charlotte areas, and we work with gym owners in over 22 states. Different market, same logic: the geography question gets answered before the creative question.
You own all of it
The ad account, the data, the creatives, and the funnels are yours from day one. If we stop working together, nothing gets held hostage and nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch. You keep the pixel history and the audiences you paid to build.
Reporting shows spend, leads, cost per lead, and what booked. You can log into the ad account yourself and see the same numbers we see.
What the first 30 days look like
Week one is setup: the offer, the creative, the instant form, the automated text sequence, and the booking bot connected to your calendar. Nothing launches until a lead can go from tap to booked appointment without anyone touching it.
Once live, the first stretch is learning. Early cost per lead moves around while the platform figures out who responds, and the honest read comes from a couple of weeks of data rather than the first 48 hours.
By the end of the month you have a baseline: what a lead costs in your market, what share of them book, which creative is carrying the account, and where people are dropping off. Everything after that gets measured against it.
