WHAT WE DO
Custom Website Builds for Gyms
Your website is usually the second thing a prospect looks at after your ad or your Google listing, and it is usually where the interest dies. Most gym sites are a hours page, a photo of the squat rack, a gallery, and a contact form nobody answers. We build gym sites that do one job, which is turning the person reading into a person on your schedule.
Most Gym Websites Are Brochures, Not Funnels
Most gym websites were built to exist. Someone needed a place to put the address and the class schedule, so a template got filled in and the job was considered done. It reads like a pamphlet, and a pamphlet has never booked anyone.
A brochure site asks the visitor to do all the work. Find the offer, figure out whether they qualify, decide when to come in, then locate a form and hope somebody on your end reads it. Every one of those steps is a place to quit, and on a phone at 9pm, most people quit.
The tell is simple. Look at your traffic for last month, then look at how many booked visits actually came from the site. If you cannot connect those two numbers, you do not have a funnel. You have an online business card.
What a Conversion-First Page Actually Contains
Every page we build has one action on it. Book the visit. What sits at the top says who the gym is for, what the visitor gets, and where to click, and nothing on that first screen competes with the button.
Below that, the page answers objections in the order people actually think them. What does it cost. Am I too out of shape for this. What happens when I walk in the door. Who is coaching me. The copy is written for one gym and one kind of member, not swapped in from a template.
Proof sits next to the ask instead of getting buried on a separate page. Photos of your actual floor and your actual members do more than stock imagery ever will, and the booking button repeats down the page so nobody has to scroll back up to find it.
Phone Speed Decides Whether Your Ad Traffic Ever Sees You
Ad traffic is phone traffic. Someone taps your ad in line at the grocery store on a weak signal, and if the page is still assembling itself after a few seconds, they are back in the feed. You paid for that click anyway.
We build mobile-first, which means the phone layout is the real design and the desktop version follows from it. No pinch-zooming, no buttons that need a precise thumb, no header video eating the whole screen before the offer shows up.
Speed is also a cost problem. Slow pages waste spend at the top of the funnel and quietly raise what every booked visit costs you. Fixing the page is cheaper than raising the budget.
The Form Fill Is Not the Finish Line
A form fill that sits for four hours is close to worthless. People submit a couple of these in one sitting while they are comparing options, and the gym that responds first usually gets the visit.
Booking forms on the sites we build feed straight into the follow-up system, so every submission gets a text within 60 seconds. Not the next business day. Not whenever somebody gets back to the front desk. Sixty seconds, whether the lead came in at noon or at midnight.
This is the part most web designers never build, because it is not really web design. The site is the front of the machine and the follow-up is the rest of it, and both get built as one piece.
Offer Pages Do Not Belong on Your Main Site
Your main site serves everyone. Current members checking the schedule, a parent researching youth training, someone comparing you to the gym two miles down the road. It has to carry all of that at once.
An ad offer cannot live in that environment. When you run a six week challenge or a free week promotion, that traffic needs its own page with the offer at the top, no navigation to wander off into, and a form built for that one campaign.
So we build both. The main site does the general work and holds up in search, and each offer gets a dedicated page that can be swapped when the promotion changes, without anyone touching the rest of the site.
You Own It, All of It
You own the site, the domain, and everything on it from day one. Not licensed, not rented, not parked on a platform that goes dark the moment you stop paying somebody.
That matters more than it sounds like it does. Plenty of agencies build on a setup where the site vanishes when the relationship ends, which turns your website into leverage against you. We would rather earn the next month.
If you ever leave, the site leaves with you, along with everything on it.
Who Actually Builds It
Every site is built custom for the gym it belongs to. It is not a template with your logo dropped into the header, which is why no two of our client sites look alike.
The founders work on every account, and the roster is capped at 50 clients so that stays true. We are based in North Carolina, in Raleigh and Charlotte, and we work with gym owners in over 22 states.
Builds move fast. A website is not a six month design project. It is a piece of equipment that needs to be running before the ads turn on.
If your site has never booked a single member, that is a build problem, and it is fixable. Tell us about your gym and we will show you what the page should look like.
