WHAT WE DO
Creative and Brand for Gyms
If you have run the same gym ad for three months, your audience has already seen it and stopped noticing. The fix is not a better headline sitting on top of the same tired image. It is a steady supply of new creative built from what your gym actually looks like and what is already working across other gyms in the same business.
Why gym ads go flat, and what rotation actually fixes
Ad fatigue is not a mystery. You are advertising into a small local radius, which means the same few thousand people see your ad over and over until it turns into wallpaper. Cost per lead climbs and the account looks broken even though nothing about the targeting changed.
The instinct at that point is to tear the campaign down and rebuild it. That throws away everything the platform has learned about who converts and puts you back at zero. New creative pushed into the same structure is the better move, which is why we produce fresh creatives in-house every month instead of handing over a launch pack and disappearing.
Rotation also gives you information you cannot get any other way. When four different angles run against the same local audience, you find out what your market responds to instead of guessing from one winner you got lucky with in week two.
Real members beat stock photography, every time
Stock gym imagery reads as an advertisement before anyone gets to the words. The scroll is fast, and people are very good at spotting a stranger in a studio that is obviously not your studio.
Your members in your space perform better, and so does your real story. Why you opened, who trains there, what the floor looks like at 6am on a Tuesday. That footage is not polished and it does not need to be. It needs to be recognizable to somebody who drives past your building on the way to work.
We give you a shooting list so you are not guessing at what to capture on your phone, then handle the edit, the text treatment, and the versions that go into rotation. Your job is to point the camera at the thing that is already there.
The offer does most of the selling
Creative buys attention. The offer decides whether someone hands over a phone number. Most gym ads break here, leading with a percentage off a membership the prospect has never seen priced.
A discount asks a cold stranger to commit to buying something. A free class asks them to show up once. That is a much smaller decision, and it gets them standing inside your building where your coaches and your floor do the work that no ad can do.
So we structure offers around a first visit that is easy to say yes to, then write the ad so the next step is obvious. No consultation language, no application funnel, nothing that makes a first visit feel like a sales appointment in disguise.
What one gym learns, the rest of the roster gets
Every gym we run is a live test in a different market. When a hook lands somewhere, we know quickly, and it goes into rotation for the gyms where it fits.
That is the real difference between creative built on evidence and creative built on taste. Your ads are not our best guess about gym marketing. They are built on what is currently working across the whole client roster.
It removes the most expensive part of testing, which is paying out of your own budget to learn something another gym already paid to learn. You get the shortcut without covering the tuition a second time.
Brand assets that go past the ad
Advertising is one surface. The person who clicks lands on a page, gets a text back, walks in and sees your signage, then goes and looks at your Instagram. If those all look like they came from different companies, the ad has to work a lot harder than it should.
We produce the rest of it too. Logos, flyers, challenge graphics, and full brand packs that pin down your colors and type so nothing gets improvised at the front desk on a slow afternoon.
It comes from the same people and the same standard as the ad creative, which is the only reason it matches. A prospect should recognize you everywhere they run into you, well before they ever walk through the door.
You own every file from day one
Every creative we make for your gym belongs to you immediately. Not licensed while you keep paying, and not held back as leverage on the day you decide to leave.
Plenty of agencies hold the ad account, the assets, and the raw footage so that walking away means starting over from nothing. That is a poor way to earn a renewal. If you go, you go with the entire library.
It matters day to day, too. Your creative keeps working in the places we never touch. Organic posts, your email list, the flyer in the coffee shop next door, whatever else you decide to run.
Who is actually making this
Both founders work on every account. That is only possible because the roster is capped at 50 clients, and that cap is the reason creative gets produced monthly rather than once a quarter when someone remembers.
We are based in North Carolina, out of Raleigh and Charlotte, and we run ads for gym owners in over 22 states. Whatever your ads are doing right now, some version of it has already shown up somewhere else on the roster.
If your ads have gone quiet and every new image looks like the last one, what you need is a creative pipeline, not another rebuild. Book a call and we will walk you through exactly what we would run for your gym.
